Working together for a common goal and everyone having "skin in the game" is the most effective approach to resolving differences swiftly and positively.
Among many notable roles, I have served multiple and successive terms as a leader in labour organizations at the regional, national and international levels, and in senior trustee roles on healthcare, pension and training plans.
